Replacements for Same Item Only, No refunds. (exceptions do apply) Warranty begins on shipping date (this will be emailed to you) Manufacturer's Warranty items are covered only by the manufacturer (DOA 7 Day) "As Is" items have no warranty, and are non-refundable All units must be accompanied by original proof of purchase (copy of Invoice) and an RMA number. All RMA requests without RMA numbers will not be processed. ClaimThis will issue only replacements for defective items that are within the replacement-only warranty period, No Refunds. (exceptions do apply) Return freight will be at customer's expense. We do not reimburse shipping costs.. Items being returned must be in original packaging with all disks, manuals, registration cards, etc. RMA forms partially filled out or without detailed description of the problem, or items returned without copy of original receipts may be rejected. Physical Damages to unit during transit voids any warranties. Insurance for all packages is recommended.
