Please do the best you can when filling out the form - the more accurate the information, the faster we are able to process the RMA Request. Our support staff will follow up with you by e-mail, normally within one business day. Please DO NOT send your item back before being issued an RMA number! This RMA number ensures that your return will be checked into our system and processed properly. If you send it back without pre-authorization, your package may be lost. All RMA requests without RMA numbers will not be processed.

  • 90-Day Limited Replacement Only Warranty (unless otherwise stated) Does not include Manufacturer Warranty items.
  • Replacements for Same Item Only, No refunds. (exceptions do apply)
  • Warranty begins on shipping date (this will be emailed to you)
  • Manufacturer's Warranty items are covered only by the manufacturer (DOA 7 Day)
  • "As Is" items have no warranty, and are non-refundable
  • All units must be accompanied by original proof of purchase (copy of Invoice) and an RMA number. All RMA requests without RMA numbers will not be processed.
  • ClaimThis will issue only replacements for defective items that are within the replacement-only warranty period, No Refunds. (exceptions do apply)
  • Return freight will be at customer's expense. We do not reimburse shipping costs..
  • Items being returned must be in original packaging with all disks, manuals, registration cards, etc.
  • RMA forms partially filled out or without detailed description of the problem, or items returned without copy of original receipts may be rejected.
  • Physical Damages to unit during transit voids any warranties. Insurance for all packages is recommended.
